If you are an international candidate looking to become licensed in Nova Scotia, please contact FORAC at http://forac-faroc.ca  and then the University of Waterloo’s international candidate section at, https://uwaterloo.ca/optometry-vision-science.

Please note, only when you have successfully completed the international optometric bridging program through the University of Waterloo and have successfully passed the OEBC will you be considered as a candidate for licensure in Nova Scotia.
